Pulesso is a Nepalese word meaning “a small bridge.” As our name suggests, we exist to build bridges between Nepal and Germany — in culture, language, entrepreneurship, and creativity. Founded and registered in Leipzig, Pulesso e.V. is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth, fostering social impact, and promoting cross-cultural collaboration.

Future Festival (Leipzig & Kathmandu)
Annual December festival celebrating innovation, art, and creativity. Exhibitions of youth business ideas, music, tourism, and social projects. Platform for cross-cultural dialogue and collaboration between artists, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
Key Programs and Activities
Entrepreneurship Coaching
Online coaching and mentorship for Nepalese youth worldwide. Focus on idea development, business models, sustainability, and digital tools. Coaches from Germany and Nepal guide participants in turning ideas into action.
Partnership & Collaboration
Pulesso welcomes partnerships with German and Nepalese SMEs and start-ups, cultural organizations, universities, art collectives, development agencies, and municipal or federal programs fostering integration, inclusion, and innovation.
Culture Promotion in Nepal
German language workshops, cultural events, and exchange programs. Partners with educational institutions and Goethe centers to expand reach. Promotes intercultural competence for students seeking academic or vocational opportunities in Germany.
SME Partnership
Facilitates partnerships between German SMEs and Nepalese enterprises. Supports knowledge transfer, sustainable sourcing, and joint business incubation. Strengthens Nepal’s local economy while fostering German–Nepal trade relations.
Artist Exchange Program
Connects artists, musicians, and creative professionals from Nepal and Germany. Encourages collaborative art projects, residencies, and exhibitions. Promotes shared learning, respect, and creative diplomacy.
Social Impact Projects
Implements small-scale projects focusing on education, youth empowerment, and community resilience. Supports local NGOs and grassroots initiatives in Nepal with knowledge and capacity-building support.
